Kaiming Liu

PhD Student · Tsinghua University

I am a Ph.D. student in the College of AI at Tsinghua University, advised by Prof. Yang Liu and Prof. Peng Li. I completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Tsinghua in 2025.

My research centers on the human experience (体感) of AI agents: understanding what people need, reducing the effort of collaboration, and delivering outcomes that are useful in practice. I study outcome alignment, shared understanding in collaboration, and reliable interaction with tools and environments. My goal is to build agents that fit naturally into people's work.
